I wasted so much time at school learning energetics, emotions and many other techniques by heart, that I found myself with a lot of knowledge and no experience. This gave rise to the famous imposter syndrome and a feeling of incompetence on the inside, versus a nice certificate and diplomas that appear on the outside.

To start, I want to give you this little challenge to do for 21 days. The goal is to develop your intuition, your confidence and get to know yourself in order to be able to distinguish your own energies!
