π What awaits you in this session:
- 3 Full Body Workout Circuits: We will perform 5 varied exercises, repeated 3 times, to stimulate each major muscle group. These moves are designed to improve your strength, endurance and flexibility.
- 1 Minute Break: Between each set, we will take a one-minute break to ensure you stay on top of your game throughout the session.
- 10 Minutes of Stretching: End the session with a moment dedicated to stretching which will help relax your muscles, reduce stress and improve your general mobility.
