Actions to do to give yourself love and reconnect with your body

We often perceive tantra as an intense practice of reconnecting with others through energetic sexuality, which is not incorrect. However, few people know that this reconnection must first be done with oneself.

Do you really love yourself? What are the recurring thoughts you have about yourself? Are you using your thoughts to expand or destroy yourself?

There are several practices, some more intense than others, that I like to explore in individual consultation . In this article, I want to share a basis for starting your work of reconnecting with your body.

REPETITION

YOU DESERVE TO LOVE YOURSELF FULLY EVERY DAY

All these practices are recommended to be repeated daily for a magical duration of one month :).

Why a month? It's like a workout program to develop rock-solid abs - unfortunately, it doesn't happen in one session with your trainer, but after a month, you're likely to notice miraculous results.

THE INTEGRATION OF EXTREME SELF-LOVE TECHNIQUES

1- The practice of I love you in the mirror:

This practice is simple. Every time you look in the mirror, I challenge you to repeat “I love you” while looking into your eyes for at least 3 seconds before and after. It's funny how quickly people say "I love you" to each other and then run away. Why are we so afraid of loving ourselves?

2- The technique of kissing in the mirror:

If saying "I love you" is too intense and intimidates you, start by blowing kisses in the mirror every chance you get. Transfiguration — Look at yourself in the mirror steadily until you see the divinity within you. What goddess is hiding behind this look?

3 - Positive affirmations about my body:

Look at your body in the mirror and write down any thoughts that come to you. Take a piece of paper and reframe those negative thoughts in a positive way, in a way that adds to your value rather than taking away from it.

4- Take a different look at your body and thank my body for its functions:

If rephrasing negative thoughts into positive thoughts seems difficult to you, you can simply make a list of the functions of different parts of your body and thank the part you don't like for its functions, because yes, every part of your body has its own usefulness!

5- Daily self-massage of the body:

It's a must, use aphrodisiac oils like my  Extreme Self-Love x Quintescent oil  or geranium, sandalwood, ylang-ylang and rose.

6 – Celebrate yourself:

Small or big success. Take a moment to say Bravo to yourself and honor the little efforts made behind each gesture.
