10 Exercises for Eternal Youth: Your Mobility Routine | Self-Love in Motion

Today I invite you to our unique collaboration with me and my beautiful friend Claudia from @artemissconsciouswellness! 🤸‍♀️
We invite you to discover your own mobility training routine. It is designed to make you feel better in your body and promote your long-term well-being!
7 exercises to stay healthy longer WE SAY YES! :
1- We work on the vestibular system which will help stabilize your body and your head in space
2- Stand up from chair which will work on your balance
3- Windmill to work on the mobility of the whole body, hips, shoulders, trunk
4- Handcuff to work on the back and shoulder mobility
5- Sphinx to properly contract the core (abdominals) and upper body
6- High Plank to strengthen your core (abdominals)
7- And finally, sitting on the chair we will work the abs by raising our legs
Each movement is an invitation to free yourself, revitalize your energy, and cultivate fluidity and flexibility. Invest in your well-being today for a bright future!
