At the start of 2024, I wanted to start strong by talking to you about FEAR or rather how to better use your fears to move forward more quickly in January.
Ahh the fears, they are so sneaky and they cling to you like real leeches. To finally get to no escape, you really have to work hard.
However, once you can recognize that fear has taken over at some point, you can slowly free yourself from its grip. You just have to realize that this is not reality, but rather the pattern that you yourself have constructed .
It is important to understand that fear is a fundamental survival mechanism. It allows us to react quickly to danger and take the necessary measures to protect ourselves.
However, it is common for fear to be misinterpreted and lead to limiting or even paralyzing behaviors. It is therefore important to eliminate misconceptions around it, which can create mental and emotional blockages. Learning to understand your fears means learning to manage them better, to be more confident and to make better decisions in your life while breaking automatically constructed patterns.
PROCESS INSIDE YOU
- When you act on a fear, an alarm signal goes off within you. It activates a past memory or interpretation with a similar reaction to the last time. At this point, your brain goes into attack mode. This is caused by your reptilian brain, the most primitive, reacting to the slightest danger, and your amygdala, the part where your emotions are stored, which activates.
- They take control of your body, at which point rationality is no longer in play, it's just about saving your skin, no matter how.
- To overcome this, identify the root cause of the fear.
- Imagine the results you want to achieve by overcoming it.
- Take action and explore your fears, observing how they manifest.
- A fear hides a need, desire, hidden limit and once identified, you will be able to move forward more quickly.
- By facing and questioning your fears, you can learn to live in the present moment, letting go of these imagined future fears.
Remember that even though the journey may be difficult, there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
It is essential to understand that fear is an integral part of the human experience. Instead of viewing it as a weakness or obstacle, we must embrace it as an opportunity for personal growth. It is important to understand our fears, accept our responsibility for them, express them in a positive way, overcome them and challenge them, otherwise you will always stay stuck in the same place.
FEAR = ACTION SIGNAL TO DO DIFFERENTLY
By doing this, we free ourselves from self-imposed limitations and become more self-aware and stronger. Let's remember that our fears don't define who we are, but it's what we do with them that really matters. So, let's use our fear as a catalyst for a more fulfilling life, and continue to courageously move forward on our personal path.
