We always say that change begins with awareness and it's the same for your tendency to be overwhelmed!
This article aims to make you realize your limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in the same dead end. You want to go elsewhere, to explore a whole new neighborhood, region, country. It's time to create yourself!
BE AWARE OF MY PATTERNS
This section is inspired by the book: Take time for your life
-
You think “selfish” is a bad word. You prioritize everyone before yourself. You would therefore like to be given what you give so abundantly to others. You become angry and frustrated with your commitments and obligations, because you only took them on to please. Did you forget to please yourself by any chance?
-
Your schedule doesn't reflect your priorities. You spend too much time on things that exhaust you, not enough on things that nourish you and are important to you. Maybe it's time you made your list of energy stressors and boosters (other than coffee and stimulants lol).
-
You feel drained by people, places or situations. Your life is an eternal, endless to-do list . It's still funny to think that you'll possibly die one day without having completed it! Your environment is probably the same as your head and very messy. It is also very likely that you are being drained of energy by a family member or friend who complains all the time. It might be time for you to do some cleaning.
-
You feel stuck about money. You don't know your worth, which means that you will constantly be caught in the same loop of financial constraints that will make you overwhelmed. You reduce yourself every day by the prices you ask and all that to be a good person and not be judged. This may be the time for you to face your fear of judgment and look in the mirror to see your true worth.
- Adrenaline has become your gas. Running from one meeting to the next, you don't know how to stop. Peace and quiet seem to be impossible at this point. You don't know what it is anymore! Your head and your heart are going too fast.
- You're missing a supportive community. You think you have to do everything alone, which prevents you from achieving simple and organic eco-abundance. You feel disconnected from others and therefore you fall into the distraction of work and all other distractions to avoid confronting your fear of loneliness.
- Your spiritual well-being falls last in your busy schedule. You never get your dose of serotonin through yoga, meditation, self-love, breathing. So you get caught in your loop of not choosing the right priorities and riding on adrenaline.
